A Recipe for Civic Engagement
Rockway Public School Choir set the tone for Monday evening’s Council Meeting by singing the National Anthem. The warm and sincere welcome to students and parents from Kitchener Mayor Barry Vrbanovic was well received, the parking was free and there was some chatter among folks about attending council meetings in the future.
