This year’s theme, “High Tech Business Cluster” allows for adaptive re-use of the 2016 site at 8 Queen Street in Kitchener as open office space and/or for businesses and services that support the unique culture of this transformative industry. An impressive high end brick and beam office renovation is underway at the 40,000 sq ft subject building to meet the needs of the growing technology market looking to locate in the downtown core. The former Goudies department store will soon be home to Vidyard, a home grown start-up success story committed to playing an active role in shaping the city centre.
